Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify solar system designs for technical accuracy and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate closely with sales consultants and installation crews to address and resolve any design challenges.
  • Authorize final job scopes, designs, and pricing before project initiation.
  • Enter approved projects into management systems (such as simPRO) and coordinate with scheduling teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Assist sales consultants with technical inquiries and support customers in understanding their solar system configurations and installation plans.
  • Provide coaching to the sales team to elevate proposal quality and minimize errors requiring rework.
  • Keep comprehensive records of approvals, safety checks, and report on quality, compliance, and cost accuracy.
  • Identify patterns that suggest process improvements and recommend enhancements.
  • Promote and uphold a proactive health and safety culture within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding outcomes and meet KPIs, including timely and clear communication.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills for working effectively with technical personnel and customers alike.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM or project management tools.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and shows ownership.

Preferred Extras

  • An interest in contributing to a mission-driven company pioneering renewable energy solutions.
  • Enjoy working within a supportive and cooperative team that encourages innovation and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunities to advance your career in the rapidly growing solar energy sector.
