Team and Role Overview

The marketing team helps partner practices grow through brand strategy, websites and SEO, paid media, and social media. Short-form video is a key growth channel, and the team is expanding its output across a multi-brand portfolio. This full-time role is for a video editor who will take ownership of short-form video production at scale.

You will work with raw surgeon footage, before-and-after materials, and treatment b-roll to create high-performing Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. The role is built for someone who works quickly, uses AI tools as a normal part of the editing process, and understands how to make content feel fresh, polished, and attention-grabbing rather than templated.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Producing 10 or more ready-to-publish short-form videos each week across several practice brands.
  • Creating compelling openings, clear captions, strong timing, and audio choices that keep viewers engaged and support bookings.
  • Handling before-and-after edits with care, including tasteful framing, patient consent awareness, and compliance with platform rules so the content can pass Meta and TikTok review.
  • Maintaining consistent branding across different practice identities, including typography, color use, and tone of voice.
  • Turning long-form content such as consultations, webinars, and podcasts into multiple short clip packages.
  • Using AI-powered tools to speed up delivery while preserving originality and quality.
  • Working asynchronously with social, content, and design teammates, interpreting briefs and revisions with minimal supervision.

Requirements and Preferred Experience

  • A strong short-form portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build hooks, manage pacing, and use captions effectively.
  • Proven speed and volume, with the ability to explain your weekly output rather than relying on a single standout edit.
  • Regular, confident use of AI video tools within an actual production workflow.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to overlap with US working hours at times.
  • Strong self-management skills: you should be able to work from a brief and brand kit, raise risks early, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Bonus experience editing content in aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness spaces.
  • Advantageous experience managing multiple brands or accounts, especially in agency-style environments where brand consistency matters.
  • Motion graphics capability in After Effects for explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations.
  • Color grading ability, especially for natural and flattering skin tones.
  • A strong sense of current TikTok and Reels trends, formats, and audio choices.
