Job description
About Adoreal
Adoreal is a rapidly expanding vertical SaaS business focused on improving consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine by using innovation and disruptive technology. The company operates in a fast-moving environment where adaptability, problem-solving, and high performance are highly valued.
Role Overview
The marketing team helps practices grow through brand, website and SEO, paid media, and social channels. Video plays a major role in driving attention and consultation bookings, and this role will support higher-volume content creation across a portfolio of practices. The company is looking for a full-time video editor to lead short-form video production and turn raw surgeon footage, before-and-after assets, and treatment b-roll into high-performing Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
This position is designed for someone who works quickly, uses AI-assisted tools as part of a normal workflow, and understands how to make content that feels fresh rather than generic.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce more than 10 publish-ready short-form videos each week for several practice brands.
- Create attention-grabbing openings, polished captions, tight pacing, and sound design that improve watch time and support bookings.
- Edit before-and-after material carefully, keeping framing tasteful and respecting patient consent and platform rules so the content can pass Meta and TikTok review.
- Maintain each brand’s visual identity, including fonts, color use, and tone of voice.
- Convert longer recordings such as consultations, webinars, and podcasts into multiple short clips.
- Use AI tools to speed up turnaround while preserving originality and quality.
- Work asynchronously with social, content, and design teams, incorporating briefs and revision feedback with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- A short-form portfolio that demonstrates strong hooks, pacing, and caption editing.
- Clear evidence of real production speed, including weekly output rather than only a single standout project.
- Regular, practical use of AI video tools within an actual editing workflow.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, plus the ability to overlap with U.S. working hours at times.
- Independent working style, with the ability to follow a brief, identify issues early, and meet deadlines.
- Applicants must be located in one of these U.S. states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, or WA.
- Current and valid authorization to work in the country of employment is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred Experience
- Editing experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness content.
- Background working across multiple brands or in an agency environment where consistency across accounts matters.
- Motion graphics ability in After Effects for explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations.
- Color grading experience, especially with natural and flattering skin tones.
- Good understanding of current TikTok and Reels trends, formats, and audio styles.
How to Apply
Applicants should provide a short-form reel or portfolio with vertical 9:16 examples, a brief note on how many publish-ready short videos they typically complete each week when working alone, a summary of their current tool stack including AI tools and how each one saves time, and an explanation of whether they have edited aesthetics, medical, or beauty content and how they handled sensitive or before-and-after footage.
Benefits and Perks
- Healthcare coverage for employees and their families.
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
- Performance-based bonuses and company equity opportunities.
- Fully remote work with flexible scheduling.
- A collaborative, people-first team culture built around Adoreal’s core values.
- Every employee receives equity, aligning individual success with company success.
- Promotions and growth opportunities are performance-driven and open-ended.
Company Values
- Prioritizing what is best for the company over personal preferences.
- Sharing relevant information openly and admitting mistakes candidly.
- Solving meaningful problems through innovation and reducing complexity.
- Focusing on efficient results and people rather than process for its own sake.
- Balancing confidence with humility and a strong drive for excellence.
- Treating teammates with respect regardless of role or seniority.
- Continuously improving the company, colleagues, and personal performance.
