Job description
About the Company
Adoreal is a rapidly expanding vertical SaaS business focused on using innovation and advanced technology to enhance patient experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. The company’s marketing group helps practices grow through branding, websites and SEO, paid media, and social content.
Role Overview
This is a full-time video editing role focused on producing high-volume short-form content across a portfolio of practices. You will turn raw surgeon footage, before-and-after material, and treatment b-roll into engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. The workflow is modern and AI-assisted, and the role suits someone who works quickly, uses AI tools as part of everyday editing, and knows how to create content that stops the scroll.
Key Work
- Edit more than 10 ready-to-publish short-form videos each week across multiple practice brands.
- Create strong opening hooks, polished captions, fast pacing, and effective sound design that keep viewers engaged and support bookings.
- Handle before-and-after content carefully, with attention to tasteful framing, patient consent, and platform rules so the edits can pass Meta and TikTok review.
- Maintain consistent brand style across different practice identities, including fonts, colors, and tone.
- Repurpose long-form source material such as consults, webinars, and podcasts into batches of short clips.
- Use AI tools to speed up production while keeping the final output original and high quality.
- Work asynchronously with social, content, and design teammates, and respond to briefs and revision notes with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- A short-form editing portfolio that demonstrates skill with hooks, pacing, and captions.
- Clear evidence of speed and consistent weekly output, not just one standout project.
- Regular, practical use of AI video tools in an actual production workflow.
- Strong written and spoken English, plus the ability to overlap with U.S. working hours at times.
- Self-management skills to work from briefs and brand guidelines, raise concerns early, and meet deadlines.
- Experience editing aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness content is a plus.
- Experience working across multiple brands or in an agency environment where consistency across accounts matters is a bonus.
- Motion graphics experience in After Effects for explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations is an added advantage.
- Color grading ability with a focus on natural, flattering skin tones is beneficial.
- Good awareness of current TikTok and Reels trends, formats, and audio is preferred.
How to Apply
Applicants should share a short-form reel or portfolio with vertical 9:16 examples, a brief note on how many publish-ready short-form videos they normally complete per week when working alone, a summary of their current tool stack including AI tools and how each one saves time, and details of any experience editing aesthetics, medical, or beauty content, including how sensitive or before-and-after footage was handled.
Benefits
- Healthcare coverage for the employee and family members.
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
- Performance-based bonuses and equity opportunities.
- A fully remote setup with flexible scheduling.
- A collaborative, team-oriented culture built around Adoreal’s values.
