Job description
About the Company
Adoreal is a rapidly expanding vertical SaaS business focused on using innovative and disruptive technology to enhance consumer experiences, improve outcomes, and increase predictability in elective medicine. The team is built for people who enjoy fast-moving work, welcome change, and want to help reshape the industry.
The marketing team supports the growth of leading practices through brand development, website and SEO work, paid media, and social media. Video plays a major role in attracting attention and driving consultation bookings, so the company is increasing content production across its practice portfolio.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote video editing position centered on short-form content for multiple practice brands. You will transform raw surgeon footage, before-and-after assets, and treatment b-roll into engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts at a high pace. The workflow is expected to be modern and AI-assisted, with an emphasis on speed, originality, and strong performance on social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Produce more than 10 ready-to-publish short-form videos each week across several practice brands.
- Create attention-grabbing openings, polished captions, tight pacing, and sound design that improve retention and support bookings.
- Edit before-and-after material carefully, keeping patient consent, tasteful presentation, and platform policy compliance in mind so the content can pass review on Meta and TikTok.
- Maintain consistent branding across different practice identity systems, including fonts, colors, and tone of voice.
- Turn long-form content such as consultations, webinars, and podcasts into multiple short clips.
- Use AI tools to reduce turnaround time while preserving originality and quality.
- Work asynchronously with social, content, and design teams, taking briefs and revision feedback with little supervision.
Requirements
- A short-form portfolio demonstrating strong hooks, pacing, and caption work.
- Proven editing speed, backed by a realistic weekly output rather than a single standout example.
- Regular, fluent use of AI video tools as part of an everyday production workflow.
- Strong spoken and written English, plus the ability to overlap with U.S. working hours when needed.
- Strong self-management skills, including the ability to interpret a brief, follow a brand kit, raise issues early, and meet deadlines.
- Preference for candidates with experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness content.
- Advantage for those who have edited for several brands or within an agency environment where consistency across accounts matters.
- Motion graphics experience in After Effects for surgeon explainers, lower thirds, and treatment animations is a plus.
- Color correction and grading ability, especially with natural and flattering skin tones.
- Good awareness of current TikTok and Reels trends, formats, and audio choices.
Eligibility
This position is open only to candidates who are located in one of the following U.S. states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, or WA. Applicants must already have valid authorization to work in the country where they are applying, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The company also notes that it is not working with search firms for this position.
How to Apply
- Share a link to your short-form reel or portfolio, including vertical 9:16 examples.
- Provide a brief note on how many publish-ready short-form videos you typically deliver in a week when working independently.
- Describe your current tool stack, including the AI tools you use, how you use them, and the time saved by each one.
- Explain whether you have edited aesthetics, medical, or beauty content, and if so, how you handled sensitive footage or before-and-after material.
Benefits and Perks
- Healthcare coverage for you and your family.
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
- Performance-based bonuses and equity participation.
- Fully remote setup with flexible scheduling.
- A collaborative, people-first team environment shaped by Adoreal’s core values.
