Job Overview

We are looking for a resourceful and detail-focused Social Media Specialist to oversee and expand the company’s digital footprint. This position involves crafting compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and partnering with multiple departments to effectively convey our products, corporate culture, and accomplishments. Additionally, the role supports internal communications and aids brand-centric marketing activities.

Key Duties

• Plan, create, and administer content across social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Produce engaging posts in textual, graphic, and video formats aligned with brand standards.
• Stay updated with social media trends, monitor engagement metrics, and assess campaign impact to optimize reach and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with teams like Sales, Human Resources, and Production to gather news, updates, and success stories for dissemination.
• Interact with audience members, respond to inquiries and comments, and nurture an active online community.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Manage a content publishing schedule ensuring regular and timely updates.
• Support internal communications to boost employee engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a comparable discipline.
• Have between 1 to 3 years of demonstrable experience handling social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
• Show creativity and basic graphic design competency.
• Be familiar with social media analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Skills in photography and video editing are favorable advantages.
