About the Role

This position is for an international client seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic, creator-centered team. The role focuses on expanding personal brands and driving engagement across Instagram and TikTok platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Devising and implementing strategies to foster growth on social media for multiple creators.
• Managing and enhancing the presence of Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Developing content calendars and innovative campaign concepts.
• Creating and editing compelling short-form videos such as Reels and TikTok clips.
• Launching and refining paid promotional campaigns using Meta Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
• Tracking campaign outcomes, analyzing data, and suggesting improvements.
• Partnering with the marketing team to boost audience engagement and expansion.

Requirements

• Between one to two years or more of experience in social media marketing.
• Demonstrated success in growing personal brand accounts, creator profiles, or influencer pages beyond corporate brands.
• Comprehensive understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and trends in short-form content.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads and Facebook Business Manager for campaign management.
• Capability in video editing tailored for Reels and TikTok formats.
• Strong analytical abilities for monitoring and interpreting campaign performance.
• Fluency in English communication at C1 level or higher.
• A self-driven, creative mindset focused on results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in influencer marketing or within the creator economy.
• Experience handling rapidly growing social media accounts and viral content tactics.
• Knowledge of the German language is advantageous for some roles.
