Social Media Marketing Executive

Overview

Exigo Recycling Private Limited is looking to hire a dynamic and innovative Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to enhance our marketing division based in Noida. The role focuses on amplifying the company's brand presence on various social media platforms, cultivating audience interaction, and aiding lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance our social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and others pertinent to our brand.
• Develop and share compelling content such as posts, images, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns via effective scheduling.
• Formulate and execute SMO strategies aiming to boost reach, engagement, and follower base.
• Keep track of current social media trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
• Engage proactively with the community by responding to comments and messages professionally and timely.
• Leverage insights and analytics tools to monitor social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing metrics, campaign outcomes, and audience growth.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and the marketing team to devise impactful campaigns and initiatives.
• Support broader digital marketing efforts, including product promotions and brand enhancement activities.
• Continuously seek opportunities to elevate social media visibility and audience engagement.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of two years' hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization or Social Media Marketing roles.
• Deep familiarity with the primary social media platforms and their operational best practices.
• Proficient in using social media management and analytic tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Solid understanding of content marketing principles, branding, and techniques to engage audiences effectively.
• Basic competency in graphic design applications such as Canva or Photoshop is favorable.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate in team environments and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience handling social media accounts specifically for business brands.
• Knowledge or experience with paid social media advertising campaigns is an advantage.
• Awareness of SEO and digital marketing frameworks.

Compensation

Salary range from INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month.

This position is based in the Delhi-NCR region, specifically Noida.
