SONELA Beauty is an expanding luxury beauty brand seeking a skilled and imaginative Social Media Manager to lead its Instagram and TikTok platforms. This role offers a full-time remote opportunity to contribute to the growth of a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of SONELA Beauty's Instagram and TikTok channels.
• Edit and enhance short-form videos utilizing CapCut or equivalent video editing software.
• Schedule and post content for optimal visibility and audience interaction.
• Keep abreast of the most recent trends, sounds, features, and algorithm changes on Instagram and TikTok.
• Craft engaging captions and strategically select hashtags.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to cultivate an active community.
• Create and implement strategies aimed at boosting followers, engagement, and organic growth.
• Analyze competitor activity and identify trending content opportunities.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and deliver weekly reports with actionable insights.
• Work alongside the marketing team to maintain a cohesive and planned content calendar.
• Experiment continuously with new content formats and tactics to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing and expanding Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Proven track record of successful organic social media growth.
• In-depth understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trending content, and best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Excellent command of English writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized, motivated, and capable of handling multiple projects independently.
• Prior experience with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is strongly favored.
