Sonela Beauty is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Social Media Editor & Publisher to expand our presence on Instagram and TikTok platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Use CapCut or similar video editing software to refine videos supplied by the team.
- Incorporate trending audio tracks, captions, engaging transitions, overlay texts, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Adapt content to align with the latest Instagram Reels and TikTok trends for optimal performance.
- Create compelling captions and identify suitable hashtags to increase content visibility.
- Organize and schedule posts for Instagram and TikTok platforms timely and effectively.
- Engage with followers by responding professionally and promptly to comments.
- Keep abreast of evolving social media trends and propose fresh content concepts.
- Build and implement strategies aimed at boosting follower count, reach, engagement, and overall account growth.
- Analyze and tailor content for optimal compatibility with Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
- Monitor content analytics and compile weekly performance reports along with improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or equivalents.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of organic growth on social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience working with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
Additional Information
- This is a part-time role with flexible working hours.
- Candidates must be available to work in the New Jersey office at least one day per week, with the possibility of remote work for remaining hours.
