Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Social Media and Digital Operations Specialist who performs well in a busy, fast-moving setting. This position suits someone who enjoys working through tasks thoroughly, follows established workflows, and focuses on accuracy from start to finish.

The right candidate will be comfortable managing several priorities at once, moving quickly when needed, and gathering all necessary details before taking action. Success in this role depends on balancing precision with speed, working within structured processes, and maintaining strong control over a wide range of digital responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain social media profiles on multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Keep social content aligned with brand standards and business goals while making sure updates are accurate and current.
  • Plan and publish posts according to the content calendar.
  • Refresh website content regularly, including pages, blog posts, and news updates.
  • Oversee online directory listings so business information remains consistent across platforms.
  • Track and reply to reviews and feedback received online.
  • Work with outside partners such as website developers, CRM vendors, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Coordinate platform updates, enhancements, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Maintain the CRM with the information needed for marketing efforts.
  • Review data from digital channels to support strategy and ongoing improvements.
  • Help execute digital marketing campaigns and monitor how well they perform.
  • Provide general administrative support for digital operations when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar position.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital platforms and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Wix.
  • Strong planning and project coordination abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Analytical approach with a commitment to improving processes and outcomes.
  • Understanding of SEO and online marketing fundamentals.
  • Basic design ability using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is an advantage.
