Overview
Insight Global seeks a Social Media Coordinator based in San Jose, CA to contribute to a global marketing team by orchestrating social media campaigns across diverse platforms. This role involves a hybrid or remote working schedule.
Key Duties
- Manage and execute social media content calendars in collaboration with program managers and marketing experts.
- Create engaging social media copy and visuals using tools like Canva that align with global branding guidelines.
- Utilize social media management systems such as Sprout Social to schedule and publish posts efficiently.
- Support quarterly marketing campaigns and monitor content effectiveness through performance assessment.
- Coordinate campaign-related deliverables and assist in internal content development.
- Contribute to event-focused marketing activities and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and project goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in social media coordination, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
- Proven experience in producing and deploying social media content for corporate brands.
- Proficiency with social media management platforms like Sprout Social or equivalent.
- Skilled in designing and generating content via Canva or comparable design applications.
- Strong project coordination aptitude capable of handling concurrent campaigns and strict timelines.
- A portfolio featuring previously executed social media campaigns is required.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Background in technology, computer hardware, or OEM sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools.
- Experience working alongside program managers and digital marketing teams.
- Demonstrated involvement in event marketing and campaign performance reporting.

Compensation and Benefits
The role offers an hourly wage between $28 and $29, varying according to experience, skills, and educational background.
