Role overview
This full-time position is centered on producing and managing social media content for a brand in Al Hufuf, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, with a hybrid setup that allows part of the work to be done from home. The role is responsible for shaping content that supports marketing campaigns and brand goals across several social channels.
Key responsibilities
You will plan, write, design, and publish content that drives engagement and reflects a consistent brand identity. The role also involves building content calendars, coordinating with creators and internal stakeholders, monitoring audience response, and making informed recommendations to improve performance.
- Build and maintain social media content calendars.
- Create and publish posts suited to multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with creators, agencies, and internal teams as needed.
- Keep messaging and tone aligned with the brand voice.
- Track content performance and audience engagement metrics.
- Use data insights to refine social media strategy.
- Support broader digital marketing campaigns when required.
- Engage with the online community and manage interactions.
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in social media content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing, and marketing strategy. Strong written and verbal communication are important, along with the ability to interpret analytics and improve content based on results. Familiarity with major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook is expected. Good organization and time management are also important for handling several campaigns and deadlines at once.
Education preference
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related area is preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered.
Additional notes
Prior experience working with influencers, agencies, or content creators is an added advantage.
