Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join a team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building a strong employee experience while also keeping everyday HR processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and selection through hiring.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and help employees settle into the organisation.
- Respond to employee queries and manage general HR support and relations matters.
- Prepare payroll inputs and keep track of attendance and leave records.
- Support appraisal cycles, performance discussions, and review processes.
- Help ensure HR practices align with Saudi Labour Law requirements.
- Handle employee exit formalities and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reporting.
Work Location
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Human Resources department.
