You write platform-native content for LinkedIn, X, and email. You edit video people actually finish watching. You build the AI-assisted workflows that make all of it faster without making it generic.This role is AI-forward by design. You will use AI daily for ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing, and QA. We expect you to already work this way.What You Will DoOwn social content operations from planning to publishing to performance reportingWrite platform-native content for LinkedIn, X, and email newslettersEdit short and long-form video for marketing and thought leadershipRun podcast post-production, clips, and distributionProduce and edit training video for internal and client-facing useBuild reusable AI-assisted workflows for scripting, editing, and repurposingHold the line on brand voice and quality across every outputRequirements3 to 5 years in social content, video editing, or multi-channel content managementDemonstrated ownership of publishing workflows and deadlinesStrong writing for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletter formatsExperience editing training or educational videoEvidence of AI-native execution in daily content workStrong written communication and async habits on a remote teamPortfolio, required.
