About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and driven individual at the early stage of their career to join our expanding team. This position suits recent graduates or those with up to two years of professional experience who are enthusiastic about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. The role involves close collaboration with leadership to produce compelling social media content and support various marketing efforts, bringing the company's brands to life on numerous platforms.

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, demanding flexibility as priorities may evolve rapidly. Key qualities include creativity, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a keen desire for learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, videos, and social media posts for Iron Needle, NeedleArt, and other educational projects.
• Support the planning and execution of content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Capture photography and video at educational events, conferences, and behind-the-scenes situations.
• Edit short videos, reels, graphic assets, and promotional materials.
• Manage content calendars and assist with campaign planning.
• Contribute to email marketing efforts, website content updates, and other promotions as required.
• Keep abreast of current social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
• Provide support for additional marketing and creative initiatives as needed.
