Role Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager is pivotal in defining and elevating our brand's image and outreach. This position blends digital marketing strategy, performance-driven initiatives, partnerships, and creative execution across our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Restaurant sectors. The manager will oversee brand storytelling from ideation to sales conversion across diverse platforms.
Core Duties
- Plan and implement campaigns through digital channels like email, SMS, SEO, GEO-targeting, SEM, social media, and paid advertising to boost sales and customer visits in both CPG and Restaurant markets.
- Supervise social media campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Analyze and enhance conversion rates and digital touchpoints to grow traffic and sales online.
- Manage organic and paid content strategies to expand follower base, engagement rates, and website visits.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager for performance tracking and reporting.
- Oversee customer lifecycle marketing initiatives via email and SMS, including segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization.
- Develop the visual and thematic identity for seasonal and overarching brand campaigns fostering awareness and revenue growth.
- Lead social media content planning and calendar management across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Maintain brand consistency across Restaurant and CPG divisions, including product packaging, can design, and menus.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost brand visibility.
- Formulate and nurture brand partnerships aligned with company vision and sales strategies.
- Create and manage trade marketing assets such as point-of-sale materials, restaurant collateral, merchandise branding, and maintain inventory for these materials.
- Handle regulatory submissions for packaging through the appropriate online federal avenues prior to product launches.
- Coordinate external creative vendors like agencies, freelancers, photographers and direct production of brand assets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years in brand or digital marketing or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and traditional platforms.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email/SMS marketing tools.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and experience directing creative efforts in design, photography, and video.
- Exceptional project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Experience within the food, beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player with skills in managing internal teams and external vendors.
