Role overview
Join TikTok’s Global Corporate Social Responsibility team as a Social Impact Coordinator and help shape how social and climate impact is built into products and services. This role supports TikTok’s efforts to become the preferred platform for nonprofits, while improving accessibility and impact for the nonprofit community. You will contribute to initiatives that highlight the platform’s broader societal value and work in a fast-moving environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential.
You will be part of the Global CSR team and collaborate closely with the Brand and Communications team and the Public Policy team. The team’s work covers a wide mix of projects, including product design, partnerships, and people-and-planet strategies. Its mission is to create positive social outcomes and environmental sustainability through the platform, its products, and its people, strengthening trust and performance.
This is an opportunity to help drive meaningful social impact programs in a dynamic environment. Candidates who are motivated by measurable change and cross-functional partnership are encouraged to consider the role.
Key responsibilities
- Own the CSR advertising credits program from start to finish, helping NGOs and mission-driven partners expand their reach and presence on TikTok.
- Guide NGOs and their agencies on TikTok’s ad tools, creative approaches, and campaign optimization practices so they can achieve stronger real-world outcomes.
- Run global impact campaigns by working across teams to review performance data, turn findings into action, and improve advertising solutions.
- Oversee the TikTok Donation Sticker feature, including coordination of technical setup for local and emergency-response use cases and expansion of the in-app fundraising experience.
- Represent nonprofit priorities by working with Finance, Legal, Product, and Commercial teams to simplify platform workflows and improve product capability.
- Create and refine scalable operating processes, including automated workflows and impact-tracking dashboards, to support a smooth experience for global stakeholders.
