Job description

Role overview

This position sits within TikTok’s Global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and focuses on expanding the social and climate impact of TikTok’s products and services. The role is aimed at strengthening TikTok’s position as a preferred platform for nonprofit organizations, while improving accessibility, usability, and overall impact for the nonprofit community.

You will work across the CSR team in close partnership with Brand and Communications as well as Public Policy, contributing to broader product, partnership, people, and planet initiatives. The team’s purpose is to create positive social outcomes and support environmental sustainability through the platform, products, and people, with an emphasis on building trust and performance for the brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Run the full lifecycle of the CSR advertising credits program, helping NGOs and impact partners grow their presence and reach on TikTok.
  • Guide nonprofit organizations and their agencies on how to use TikTok’s ad products, apply creative best practices, and improve campaign performance to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Coordinate international impact campaigns by working across teams, reviewing results, turning data into insights, and improving advertising programs over time.
  • Oversee the TikTok Donation Sticker feature, including technical activation for local and emergency-response initiatives and the expansion of the in-app fundraising experience.
  • Represent nonprofit priorities by working with Finance, Legal, Product, and Commercial teams to simplify processes and improve platform experiences.
  • Create efficient and scalable operating systems, including automated workflows and impact dashboards, to support a smooth experience for stakeholders across regions.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. The role calls for someone who can manage operational complexity, partner effectively across functions, and help demonstrate TikTok’s broader societal value through practical programs and measurable impact.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Business, Operations, or a closely related discipline is required. The role also calls for a background in handling operational systems, complicated workflows, and cross-functional processes, along with strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external nonprofit partners.

Preferred background

Experience in social impact work within either a nonprofit setting or a corporate environment is preferred. It is also helpful to have experience working in a matrixed organization, collaborating across global time zones, using Excel confidently, and adopting new technologies such as AI tools to improve efficiency. Strong initiative and independent problem-solving are important in this role.
