Job description

About the Company

Join a team that is reimagining how people experience design worldwide. The company welcomes applicants from a wide range of cultures and encourages candidates who connect with its mission and this creative role to reach out.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United States, with Los Angeles strongly preferred so the team can overlap with Sydney during important creative discussions. The role is set up for independent work from home, and all necessary equipment is provided. Flexibility is a core part of the working style, and team members are trusted to balance location and schedule in a way that helps them and their team deliver results.

What You’ll Do

You will be part of the organic social team, helping grow the brand’s presence across major platforms in the US in a way that feels current, entertaining, and culturally relevant. This is a hands-on creative role that blends filming, editing, ideation, and rapid response to trends.

  • Create and edit social-first video content, mainly on iPhone, with an emphasis on fast-turnaround formats for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Develop original concepts and contribute ideas proactively rather than only carrying out assigned briefs.
  • Track US trends, pop culture, and breaking moments in real time and turn them into same-day content when appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Social Lead on entertainment-led series and brand moments designed to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Produce both low-fi reactive pieces and more polished cinematic edits, selecting the style that best fits each concept.
  • Assist with light graphic or meme-style content when needed.

How the Role Works

This is not a traditional videography position. The ideal person is a creative partner who can think strategically, move quickly, and produce content independently from idea stage through publication.

Team Context

The social team is focused on making content that people genuinely want to watch, share, and discuss. The group values bold ideas, speed, and a fresh approach to social storytelling, with the goal of becoming the leading brand on social media.

Additional Information

Hiring decisions are made based on experience, skills, merit, and business needs, in line with applicable local laws. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even if their experience does not match every point listed. During the application process, candidates should share the pronouns they use and note any reasonable interview accommodations they may need. Interviews are held virtually. Compensation is intended to be competitive and market-informed while also maintaining internal fairness across the team and region. Final salary decisions are based on market data, skills, experience, and the overall assessment from the hiring process.
