Role overview

This role focuses on elevating the shopping journey by shaping attractive, well-organized product displays across a store or a large department. You will work alongside the senior visual merchandising team to help execute and maintain presentation standards that strengthen brand image and support sales performance in a smaller store or a specific department.

Brand presentation and store standards

  • Partner with cleaning and maintenance teams to keep the store or department aligned with visual presentation standards.
  • Guide store colleagues and provide training so they can maintain a consistent and polished brand appearance.
  • Suggest display and layout improvements that can improve customer experience and encourage higher sales.
  • Use customer feedback and sales information to recommend practical enhancements.
  • Escalate any issues or deviations to the Visual Merchandiser for review and action.
  • Maintain brand identity across windows and internal displays by delivering visually strong, commercially effective presentation.
  • Apply the company’s specific visual merchandising standards across the store.
  • Coordinate displays in line with brand direction and overall merchandising strategy.
  • Plan floor layouts to improve visual impact and product visibility.
  • Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layouts according to the display guide.
  • Capture photos whenever merchandise displays are updated.
  • Use lighting creatively to enhance window displays.
  • Place new collections strategically and refresh merchandising as trends evolve.
  • Design store layouts by category and ensure products are displayed correctly.
  • Monitor and maintain proper merchandising across all items.
  • Gather feedback and review responses about merchandise presentation.

Additional responsibilities

  • Work together with the senior visual merchandising team and sales team to support business and commercial targets.
  • Take part in pre-opening store activities and carry out timely visits to confirm the brand standard is being implemented correctly.
  • Research current market trends and lifestyle shifts to inform display decisions.

Experience profile

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail environment, ideally in visual merchandising or a sales-related role. This helps build an understanding of store operations, customer behavior, and the influence of display strategy on buying decisions. In addition, around 6 months to 1 year of direct hands-on experience assisting with visual merchandising tasks such as creating displays, following planograms, and maintaining store aesthetics is highly beneficial.

This position is intended for onsite work in Saudi Arabia and is a full-time role.
