The platform is trusted by millions of consumers and businesses around the world. More than 140,000 businesses and 450,000 stylists and professionals use it globally, and it has handled over 1 billion appointments so far.
Headquartered in London, the company also runs 15 offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Consumers can use Fresha to find, book, and pay for local beauty and wellness services, while businesses and professionals use the all-in-one platform to run operations through software and financial technology tools.
The broader ecosystem helps merchants manage bookings, point-of-sale, customer information, marketing automation, loyalty programmes, product inventory, and team coordination. Its marketplace also helps partner businesses grow through online bookings, automated marketing, mobile apps, and integrations with major technology platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Role overview
Fresha is looking for a creative, highly organised Marketing Video Editor to join the marketing team and produce engaging video content that strengthens the brand and supports performance outcomes.
This role sits between social content creation and performance marketing. You will be responsible for editing videos that capture attention, support conversion goals, and build the brand across paid and organic channels. You will work closely with the Social and Performance Marketing teams to ensure assets are built to deliver results.
You will also contribute ideas, stay updated on platform trends, and help define how Fresha appears in video across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media channels.
This is a strong opportunity for a video specialist who combines storytelling with conversion-focused thinking and wants to make an impact at a fast-growing global brand.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the full editing workflow for social-first videos and performance ad creatives, from raw footage through to final delivery ready for each platform.
- Partner with the Social and Performance Marketing teams to create assets tailored for paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
- Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing and refine them quickly using performance data and team feedback.
- Monitor emerging trends, formats, and best practices across social platforms to create content that feels native to TikTok, Reels, and similar channels.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, brand storytelling, and product-focused content.
- Keep all video outputs aligned with Fresha’s brand identity, tone of voice, and quality expectations.
- Manage several projects at once while meeting deadlines across both social and paid workstreams.
- Assist with filming and support other design-related deliverables when required.
- Organise workflows and assets efficiently so the wider team can easily find and use content.
- Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects where needed to strengthen storytelling and improve engagement and conversion.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in video editing, supported by a portfolio featuring social content and performance ad work.
- Strong knowledge of what makes paid social content effective, including hook-driven storytelling, platform-native formats, and channel-specific best practices.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing and animation software.
- Excellent sense of pacing, visual detail, and narrative flow, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences, platforms, and goals.
- Experience collaborating with performance or paid social teams and comfort iterating creative based on data.
- Practical experience in filming and video production.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead creative direction while remaining open to feedback and performance insights.
- Strong organisational ability to manage multiple projects across social and paid channels in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly when briefs change or platform trends move.
Nice to have
- Video shooting experience is an advantage.
- Experience creating creative assets for performance marketing is an advantage.
Interview process
- Initial screening: 20-30 minute video call with a member of the Talent Team.
- First interview: 30 minute video call with the Hiring Manager, James, Head of Brand and Content Marketing.
- Final stage: task plus an in-person presentation with James, Head of Brand and Content Marketing, lasting 45 minutes.
The full interview process is expected to be completed and feedback shared within 2 weeks.
All applications are reviewed manually by the talent team. While applications are typically assessed within 7 days, high application volume may sometimes extend that timeline.
Inclusive workforce
Fresha aims to build a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel welcome and supported.
The company wants every team member to feel included and empowered to contribute to its vision and goals. All applicants are considered fairly for employment.
There is no discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic relevant to the candidate’s location.

AI in hiring
Artificial intelligence tools may be used to support parts of recruitment, including application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and checks for possible inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
