Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Marketplace Moderator to join the Professional Services team in Riyadh. The role focuses on working with partners to produce high-quality images of their businesses and improve marketplace profiles with strong visual content that aligns with brand standards.

The right candidate will be detail-focused, communicate well, and be comfortable working independently while managing visits and photo sessions across multiple partner locations.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with partners to plan and arrange photography visits in line with their schedules and operational needs.
• Visit partner locations to take high-quality photos that highlight the atmosphere, services, and distinctive features of each business.
• Make sure all images follow brand guidelines and meet the quality level needed for marketplace profile enhancement.
• Carry out basic editing and retouching to present photos in a polished, professional manner.
• Upload, organise, and update images on partner profiles and track them through the approval process.
• Guide partners through the photo-shoot process, set expectations clearly, and explain the value of stronger marketplace profiles.
• Keep precise logs of site visits, sessions, and uploads for internal monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure profile updates happen on time and to resolve any image-quality or approval-related issues.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail, especially when capturing, reviewing, editing, and selecting images against specific standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate several partners and photography sessions at once while meeting deadlines.
• A valid driving licence and access to a car, since the position requires travel between partner locations.
• Hands-on knowledge of professional camera equipment and photo-editing tools.
• Flexibility to travel and work varied hours based on partner availability.
• Self-driven approach with good time management and the ability to take initiative.
