Role overview

Canva is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help shape the future of design for organizations. The role sits within the Sales and Success function focused on Canva Enterprise, which brings design, collaboration, and content creation tools together in one secure workspace for businesses.

Team context

The Sales and Success team supports enterprise customers across different departments, helping them create at scale with products such as whiteboards, docs, presentations, and Canva’s AI-powered tools. The wider team works closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Post-Sales, and Customer Success to expand into new markets and build enterprise solutions.

What you will do

  • Use a data-led approach to identify promising accounts, research market conditions, and turn strategy into focused outreach.
  • Own the sales pipeline and revenue forecast, while keeping activity and opportunities organized in Salesforce.
  • Guide customers with persuasive storytelling and a highly personalized, consultative sales approach.
  • Develop strong product expertise and position Canva’s creative solutions against each customer’s specific business challenge.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights that can help shape the product roadmap and strengthen the value proposition.
  • Build durable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Turn complex information into simple, customer-friendly narratives and materials using Canva’s own work suite, including presentations and documents.

  • Experience selling to a mix of mid-market and large enterprise customers within a technology company, with a strong record of performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to run a complete sales cycle, including prospecting and winning new logos.
  • Comfort working through complicated business problems and designing practical solutions.
  • Ability to create detailed, well-structured plans for complex organizational environments.
  • Strong presentation skills, especially in in-person meetings with multiple decision-makers.
  • Proven success handling sophisticated negotiations.
  • Confidence working in uncertain, fast-moving situations.

Compensation and benefits

The target annual salary range for this role is USD 212,000 to USD 326,000. Final compensation will be based on market data, skills, experience, and internal equity. Canva also offers equity, health benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution, inclusive parental leave, an annual Vibe & Thrive allowance, and flexible leave options.
