OrderYOYO is expanding rapidly across Europe and entering additional markets. The company’s purpose is to help restaurants and takeaway businesses grow online by providing their own branded apps, websites, and tailored marketing support. The business focuses on giving small and medium-sized restaurants, as well as smaller restaurant chains, greater control over their own growth instead of relying on high third-party commissions.
Role Overview
This office-based role in Berlin is focused on supporting restaurant partners with their Google My Business presence and helping drive their digital performance.
Working Hours
The standard working schedule for this position is 09:00 to 17:30.
Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to existing restaurant partners regarding their Google My Business accounts.
- Work toward targets related to GMB reclaim activity.
- Coordinate closely with the onboarding team so new partners are set up correctly on GMB and managed by OrderYOYO.
- Improve and maintain verified GMB profiles.
- Monitor GMB notifications, requests, and claims.
- Handle support escalations connected to GMB issues.
- Partner with BDMs and telesales agents to address objections effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a fixed gross monthly salary of €2,700, plus a performance-based bonus of up to €500 per month.
