Role Overview
The Social and Content Executive will be immersed in all things social media, primarily managing organic content across Instagram and TikTok. This position is hands-on, requiring extensive content creation alongside performance analysis. Collaboration with Growth, Paid Media, PR, and Influencer teams is key to align content with broad business goals. Though based anywhere in Ireland, regular travel to studios, shoots, and pop-up events in Ireland and the UK is required. Practical skills in filming, editing, and graphic design are prioritized over idea generation, as direction will be provided by the wider team. The goal is to transform guidance into polished, on-brand content swiftly and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Instagram and TikTok activities.
- Develop and oversee monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish daily posts.
- Craft compelling captions and social media copy.
- Stay updated on platform trends and incorporate them quickly.
- Ensure content aligns with Flexera’s branding and voice.
- Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities.
- Film and edit short-form video content.
- Capture footage with instructors, founders, customers, and brand ambassadors.
- Produce behind-the-scenes, educational, and lifestyle content.
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
- Build and maintain a library of evergreen content for future campaigns.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal initiatives, occasionally working weekends with time off in lieu.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages daily.
- Foster relationships with customers and content creators.
- Promote user-generated content and collect reviews.
- Coordinate influencer and creator relations, including product gifting, content approvals, and timely deliveries.
- Source new creators and ambassadors, tracking their performance.
- Collaborate with Paid Media team to identify top-performing organic content, develop paid social content, maintain a steady stream of fresh creatives, and test messaging.
- Monitor and report on key social metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, video views, and content performance. Use data insights to enhance strategy and outcomes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a skilled executor with robust video editing and graphic design capabilities. They should be comfortable filming and appearing on camera when required, thrive in dynamic environments, and be proactive without requiring close supervision. Experience is preferred in social or content roles within consumer brands, with passion for health, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors considered a bonus. Curiosity, ownership, and resilience are valued above perfect credentials. Bonus points for enthusiasm about reformer Pilates.
Desirable Skills
Experience with paid social creative, influencer marketing, PR, graphic design tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
Performance Expectations
Within six months, the successful applicant should have significantly grown the Instagram and TikTok communities, boosted engagement, maintained a consistent posting schedule, developed a strong collection of user-generated and creator content, produced multiple top-performing organic posts suitable for paid ads, and positioned Flexera as Ireland's leading home Pilates brand.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary between €32,000 and €35,000, commensurate with experience.
- Product package following successful probation.

Additional Information
