Role Overview

This role focuses on cash posting support for US healthcare accounts. The position requires accurate payment processing, close coordination with internal stakeholders, and a strong understanding of payer-side workflows and payment integrity practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash posting activities for US healthcare clients while keeping payment entries accurate and completed within required timelines.
• Work with internal teams to address payment integrity challenges and improve revenue cycle operations.
• Build effective client relationships through clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Review data to spot patterns, process gaps, and opportunities to improve cash posting performance.
• Follow applicable regulations and industry guidelines in day-to-day work.

Candidate Profile

• The ideal applicant should bring 4 to 7 years of experience in payer-side operations, preferably in US healthcare payment integrity or a closely related area.
• A solid grasp of cash posting workflows, including denial handling, adjustments, and appeals, is required.
• The role calls for strong analytical thinking and the ability to work with complex data and turn findings into practical actions.
• Experience using healthcare systems such as Epic Systems, Meditech, or similar platforms is preferred.
