About the Role

Ganbare Consulting is seeking qualified candidates for roles in Registration and Medical Billing within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. Applicants must be willing to work flexible 24/7 shifts and can expect salaries ranging from 300000 to 400000 INR annually. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input patient demographic data into practice management software.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits thoroughly.
• Keep patient and insurance information updated consistently.
• Detect and correct registration errors or incomplete information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Adhere to productivity and quality standards in daily tasks.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and client-specific protocols.
• For Billing role: prepare and submit medical claims accurately to insurance providers.
• Review claims for correctness before submission.
• Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies.
• Analyze and rectify denied or rejected claims efficiently.
• Accurately post insurance and patient payments.
• Handle claim status inquiries, appeals, and resubmission processes.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of US Healthcare and RCM procedures.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient registration tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and proficient data entry capabilities.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work night shifts as needed.
• For Billing: knowledge of claim lifecycle, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Experience in AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, or Denial Management preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Experience working under fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers advantageous.
• Ability to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals.

Eligibility and Qualifications

The position requires any graduate or candidates without graduation as well. Candidates should meet the minimum typing speed criteria of 30 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
