Role Overview
The company is seeking seasoned AR Callers to join its US Healthcare domain team based in Hyderabad (BSR Tech Park, Nanakramguda Financial District). This full-time position requires on-site attendance during night shifts corresponding to US timings. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage denied claims and insurance follow-ups efficiently to resolve payment issues.
- Maximize revenue recovery for healthcare providers through thorough denial management and billing follow-ups.
- Navigate web portals for claim processing and data retrieval related to Accounts Receivable.
- Handle physician and hospital billing accounts with accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in AR Calling, denial management, physician or hospital billing, insurance follow-up, and handling denied claims.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and independent working capabilities.
- Must possess all necessary employment and educational documentation.
