Job Overview
We are seeking an Account Director specializing in the Staffing and Recruitment sector. The role involves acting as a trusted adviser to clients, demonstrating the financial benefits of our solutions, measuring impact, and nurturing long-term partnerships that drive mutual revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned customer portfolios.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and forecasting abilities.
- Knowledge or experience in the recruitment industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales and IT solutions.
- Proven success carrying revenue targets and crafting strategies that generate results.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage high-level business in a consultative sales environment.
- Ability to collect and leverage data for convincing decision-making.
- Skills in evaluating business opportunities and understanding prospective buyer needs.
- Experience managing complex sales involving multiple partners and competitive positioning.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated total annual compensation range is between $106,000 and $152,000 USD on target earnings. Actual salaries depend on individual qualifications, experience, certifications, and workplace location. Additional rewards may include bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.
