Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Site Operation Executive focused on Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Plant operations. The candidate should possess practical experience with solar PV installations and be knowledgeable about various technical components involved in the setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities at the solar PV plant ensuring smooth functioning.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of inverter systems essential to solar power generation.
• Manage and monitor the HT (High Tension) panel operations efficiently.
• Operate and supervise SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for real-time monitoring and control.
• Maintain and coordinate switchyard activities to ensure uninterrupted power flow and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior practical experience managing and operating solar photovoltaic plants.
• Strong technical understanding of inverter technology used in solar power systems.
• Keen familiarity with high tension panel infrastructure within solar plants.
• Proficiency in operating SCADA systems related to solar plant control.
• Experience or knowledge of switchyard operations and maintenance.
