Key Responsibilities

• Assist management in ensuring the team consistently meets service standards.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction as the main focus of operations.
• Maintain brand operational procedures including daily checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Serve as a training buddy to new team members during onboarding, ensuring thorough orientation and adherence to brand standards.
• Communicate duties, priorities, and expectations clearly to the team.
• Provide direction and motivation to help the team achieve business objectives.
• Set performance benchmarks and monitor team member activities, providing feedback and documenting outcomes.
• Help develop team members’ skills for improved performance.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities carefully.
• Complete and verify temperature logs accurately and timely.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 12 months experience in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and clearly communicate instructions.
• Competent team player in a fast-paced food service setting.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential.
• Proven cash handling skills.
