Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Conduct staff training focused on job functions, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
- Forecast ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Maintain food quality and service standards to meet control measures.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- Keep accurate records of stock inventories, maintenance, sales, and wastage.
- Create and manage employee work schedules.
Supervision
Manage a team of approximately 5 to 10 employees.
