Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be the essential link to ensuring guest rooms meet superior cleanliness and comfort standards, playing a vital role in crafting memorable stays for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms to meet established standards.
• Enhance guest experiences by adding personalized touches.
• Safeguard guests’ privacy and belongings while delivering exemplary service.
• Adhere to all housekeeping policies, procedures, and service guidelines.
• Restock linen closets at shift end to maintain readiness.
• Report any maintenance concerns within guest rooms and adjacent areas promptly.
• Comply fully with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking continuously throughout the shift.
• Regularly lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting activities.

Candidate Profile

• A warm, considerate demeanor; previous housekeeping experience is advantageous.
• Proactive at anticipating guest needs with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Strong organization and efficient time management capabilities.
