Overview
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the entire After-Sales division for the Ferrari brand, actively shaping the advancement of our service business. You will lead your team with a clear focus on goals, ensure excellent operational processes, and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction as well as the financial success of the service department. You will oversee both strategic and operational matters and, when necessary, engage hands-on in day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Complete accountability for the service sector, including workshop, parts, and accessories.
- Guaranteeing and continuously improving efficient After-Sales processes.
- Developing and executing initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and improve customer satisfaction.
- Evaluating market trends, customer demands, and competitor activity to devise relevant strategies.
- Exploiting revenue and profit opportunities within the service area.
- Planning, managing, and supervising key financial indicators such as revenue, profitability, and productivity.
- Leading, nurturing, and motivating the service team.
- Collaborating closely with executive management and cross-brand functions.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical training, preferably supplemented by a university degree.
- Several years of professional experience in After Sales, ideally in the premium or luxury vehicle segments.
- Initial leadership experience within a service environment is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle technology as well as business management principles.
- Experience applying controlling and marketing tools within a service context.
- Strong customer and service orientation paired with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High goal focus, self-motivation, and resilience.
- Good command of the English language.
