Job description
Role overview
Parfums Christian Dior is hiring a Sephora Account Omni-channel Manager to support the growth of the Triaxe business across every category within Sephora USA. Reporting to the Dior Sephora Account Omni-channel Senior Director, this position plays a central role in managing the day-to-day Sephora business and delivering key commercial programs across store and e-commerce channels.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in New York, with four days per week in the office. It requires close partnership across functions, strong execution discipline, and a proactive approach to launching products, running promotions, and delivering fully integrated 360° brand activations.
The right candidate will bring strong commercial judgment, solid analytical ability, and proven project coordination skills. Success depends on building productive relationships inside and outside the company, keeping multiple priorities moving at once, and helping drive sales, brand, and operational goals.
Strategic planning and business development
- Create a seamless Sephora omni-channel experience by aligning in-store activity, e-retail, launch timing, and promotion schedules both internally with Dior and externally with Sephora.
- Partner with the Senior Director on the annual Sephora business plan, including launch strategy, promotional planning, assortment focus, and the main growth levers across all beauty categories.
- Develop and share strategies, business reviews, and recommendations in internal meetings and leadership presentations.
- Spot business risks and growth opportunities early, and propose practical actions to improve performance, execution, and the consumer journey.
Commercial execution and operations
- Drive best-in-class local execution of 360° activations, including e-retail, merchandising, in-store activity, events, education, sampling, gifting, paid social, and PR/influencer support, aligned to the marketing calendar.
- Work as a key contact to make sure commercial readiness is achieved across digital, visual merchandising, education, and field teams.
- Maintain trackers, calendars, launch schedules, and activation summaries so that initiatives stay on time and are communicated clearly to internal teams and the field.
- Act as the daily liaison with Sephora cross-functional teams for launches, promotional activity, assortment changes, and issue resolution.
- Monitor in-store and event budgets, including tracking, reconciliation, and alignment with approved spend.
Performance analysis and market intelligence
- Own sell-out insights and performance reporting, including retail sales and trend analysis, ad hoc analysis, and post-launch reviews to improve forecast accuracy and the product lifecycle.
- Track competitors, new Sephora launches, and broader market performance through ongoing research, and partner with the planner and Senior Director on weekly and monthly takeaways.
Experience and profile
The role calls for 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, trade marketing, or another commercial function. Experience in prestige beauty, luxury, retail, or consumer goods is strongly preferred, and prior exposure to Sephora or the prestige beauty retail environment is an advantage.
Candidates should be highly analytical, able to interpret business results, identify trends, and turn findings into clear actions. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, along with strong project management, organization, communication, and presentation abilities. The job also requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners in a fast-moving environment.
