About the Role

As an FP&A Manager within our team, you will be a leader in financial planning and analysis for North American operations, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting, comprehensive variance analyses, and advanced financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting of North American capital expenditures across the USA and Canada, becoming the finance authority in this P&L segment.
- Manage full P&L scenario planning for Direct to Consumer (D2C) channels in North America, coordinating monthly reviews and budget cycles with key stakeholders.
- Analyze and recommend insights from ROI evaluations of CAPEX and OPEX projects to support commercial, operational, and strategic decisions.
- Critically assess and challenge costs and their allocations to improve financial outcomes.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly financial reports for headquarters.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and investigate causes of unexpected variances.
- Provide monthly financial insights to management and various departments, ensuring adherence to budget limits.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variance explanations for Canada Media and PR expenses to internal stakeholders clearly and decisively.
- Support ad hoc reporting and projects as required by the leadership team.
- Participate actively in the month-end close process, demonstrating a solid grasp of P&L and balance sheet drivers.
Candidate Profile
We seek candidates with 5 to 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within the luxury goods sector. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and stakeholder management capability combined with solid communication and project management expertise.
