About the Role
Join the House of Dreams at Parfums Christian Dior Canada where your work will support the vision of becoming the most coveted French luxury brand, embodying joy and hope. In this role, you will handle the daily operations of the Dior.ca websites and execute CRM omni-channel marketing initiatives. Collaborating across teams in Canada, the US, and Paris, you will apply creative problem-solving with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage launch SKU integration and merchandising on two sites, overseeing PIM data, offline date checks, and price validation.
- Optimize category order and cross-selling adjustments to enhance site presentation.
- Incorporate default SKUs into the PIM system based on product priorities.
- Use trend analysis and top page data to refine e-merchandising strategies and update site content including Best Sellers and New Arrivals pages.
- Seasonally manage animation kits ensuring product launches are tailored for the Canadian market on bilingual platforms.
- Collaborate with US project leads to conduct local user acceptance testing and facilitate quick adaptations for Canadian requirements.
- Handle ticket resolutions for local site issues via Jira pertaining to Dior.ca features.
- Oversee promotion banners, setup, and testing of promotional activities within the e-commerce platform.
- Assist the local business team in creating, testing, and monitoring online offers, promos, and product launches.
- Work closely with local senior directors and US/central digital teams to develop a comprehensive local launch calendar and strategy.
- Fully implement automated and tactical email marketing campaigns in Adobe, coordinating with tech and CRM teams, including email drafting using the BE FREE tool.
- Regularly update performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates in weekly and monthly reports.
- Develop and execute weekly SMS programs using the Attentive platform and trigger email campaigns via Blue Core.
- Support template preparation for the Dior Connect CRM boutique program on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate quarterly localization and setup of Narvar tracking emails in partnership with US colleagues.
- Effectively liaise with local and headquarters stakeholders for all assigned projects.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital merchandising or CRM with a strong alignment to our core values of creativity, collaboration, inclusivity, and purposeful action. Technical proficiency is expected in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com), and familiarity or rapid adaptability to platforms such as Akeno, PIM, Salesforce, Bambuser, Narvar, ServiceNow, Attentive, Blue Core, GA4, Jira, and Confluence. Experience with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, payment gateways, and social media marketing is advantageous. Working knowledge of CMS, preferably Salesforce SFRA, is also desirable. A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude combined with strong organizational and interpersonal skills is required.
