Dior Ambassador - Boots, Kingston

Position Overview

We are seeking a Dior Ambassador based at Boots in Kingston, working 15 hours per week. Join the House of Dreams and embody the vision of creating a more beautiful and joyful world. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
• Promote Dior products by identifying customer needs and delivering a memorable, high-standard service throughout the sales process using the Dior D.I.O.R. method.
• Engage customers proactively at the counter and in the store, providing personalized product demonstrations and advice.
• Upsell complementary products within and across categories, offering a comprehensive beauty solution.
• Communicate knowledgeably and passionately about the brand and its offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall counter performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, both in person and remotely, recording client data and conducting CRM and clienteling tasks.
• Utilize Dior digital tools to boost traffic, client loyalty, and sales.
• Manage operational tasks including merchandising, stock monitoring and reporting, shelf display, cash handling (if applicable), and administrative duties.
• Maintain good relationships with retail partners and adhere to corporate attendance, grooming, and conduct standards.

Candidate Profile

• Ideally, candidates will bring 1-2 years of professional experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the luxury sector, with proven retail success.
• Strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
• Comfort and proficiency with new technologies, able to quickly adopt and learn.
