Senior/Room Attendant – The Singapore EDITION

Overview

The Singapore EDITION invites passionate individuals to join as Senior/Room Attendants, contributing to an unparalleled hospitality experience. This role is full-time and requires working onsite at 38 Cuscaden Road, Singapore.

Key Duties

• Respond swiftly and efficiently to guest requests and coordination with other teams.
• Prepare and load housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and deliver to designated work areas.
• Access guest rooms following standardized procedures ensuring occupancy verification before entry.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies, replace soiled linens and towels with fresh ones.
• Perform bed-making and fold towels professionally.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, remove trash, soiled linen, and leftover room service items.
• Verify that all appliances in the room are present and functioning properly.
• Tidy up desks, furniture, and appliances; dust, polish, and eliminate marks from walls and furnishings.
• Vacuum carpets and maintain floors, including guest rooms and hallways.
• Practice all company and safety protocols, report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and injuries promptly.
• Maintain professional personal appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Greet and acknowledge guests warmly, anticipate their needs, assist guests with disabilities, and display genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
• Collaborate and support team goals, adhere to high-quality standards.
• Physically capable of moving objects up to 25 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance.
• Efficiently push and pull loaded housekeeping carts across varied surfaces.
• Perform physical tasks involving reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping.
• Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for prolonged periods throughout the work shift.
• Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handle objects of various sizes and weights.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• No formal education such as high school diploma or GED is required.
• No previous work experience in housekeeping is necessary.
• No supervisory experience or certifications are mandatory.
