About the Role

As a Guest Service Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a remarkable meal by offering a broad range of services, such as setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, engaging personally with guests, serving, and maintaining clean workstations and supplies.
Every role in our team requires dedication to creating a safe work environment, adhering strictly to company policies and standards, and presenting yourself professionally in uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Service Experts are required to be physically active throughout their shifts—standing, sitting, and walking for long periods as well as maneuvering through uneven or slippery surfaces. The job includes tasks like handling menus with visual accuracy and performing hands-on duties like lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with help. Flexibility to bend, twist, reach, and stoop is also necessary to fulfill the role effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous relevant experience: Less than one year in a similar position.
- No prior supervisory experience needed.
- No licenses or certifications required.
