Role Overview

The company is looking for a Senior Vice President of International Sales to spearhead commercial expansion across Southeast Asia and Europe. The position will focus on accelerating revenue, developing regional sales teams, and creating strong strategic ties with enterprise customers in both established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out regional sales plans for Southeast Asia and Europe, aligning them with broader business objectives.
  • Track market shifts, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and customer demand to keep go-to-market plans current.
  • Distribute resources effectively across target regions, with Europe centered on enterprise accounts, compliance, and strategic alliances, and Southeast Asia centered on channel growth, localization, and market entry.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and close complex deals with multinational enterprises, regional industry leaders, and public sector organizations.
  • Develop and sustain relationships at the C-level to support long-term partnerships and recurring growth.
  • Build sales methodologies and client success examples that can be reused across markets.
  • Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined CRM usage.
  • Improve commercial workflows covering pricing, contracts, delivery, and collections.
  • Protect operating efficiency while keeping commercial exposure under control.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of international sales experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a regional leadership position such as Sales Director, Regional Head, or General Manager.
  • Strong record of leading multicultural teams across borders.
  • Clear success in growing business across both Southeast Asia and Europe.
  • Solid background in enterprise or complex solution selling, including closing major deals.
  • Good understanding of regional business settings, cultural differences, and market-entry approaches.
  • Business-level fluency in English and Mandarin for communication, negotiation, and internal coordination.
  • Knowledge of other languages such as German, French, Thai, or Vietnamese will be an advantage.
  • Ability to be located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Southeast Asia, or Europe.
