Job description
Role overview
Apple is seeking a regional leader to drive large-enterprise engagement across South Asia. The position focuses on helping major businesses and government customers transform through Apple’s platform, with a strong emphasis on innovation at scale and AI-led change.
This role sits within the regional leadership structure and supports Apple’s enterprise growth objectives across South Asia. You will work with global, regional, and country-level teams to build meaningful customer relationships and deliver impactful business outcomes across the region.
What you will do
In this role, you will guide a team of regional industry leads and collaborate closely with local Major Account Managers. You will shape strategies that create new customer relationships, develop consultative partnerships, and support enterprise and government accounts across South Asia.
You will stay actively engaged in the region, spending time with customers, partners, and country teams across markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and others. Your work will include designing and orchestrating customer engagements that clearly demonstrate business value and help accelerate digital transformation.
You will also coordinate with strategic partners to create solutions that serve multiple customers and industries, while helping Apple scale enterprise impact through channel and indirect models. In addition, you will mobilize the right teams, support cross-functional collaboration, and help drive planning across demand generation, opportunity identification, customer journeys, deployment forecasting, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the South Asia large-enterprise agenda as part of the regional leadership team.
- Partner with worldwide, regional, and country teams to build scalable engagement models for major enterprises.
- Manage and guide regional industry leads, while working with local Major Account Managers through a dotted-line structure.
- Develop and execute regional plans that create new customer relationships and support business transformation.
- Work with strategic partners to design solutions that can be applied across customers and industry segments.
- Maintain an active presence in key South Asia markets and represent Apple’s standard for enterprise engagement.
- Design high-impact customer engagements that show measurable business value and speed up digital transformation.
- Coordinate with sales, consulting, field engineering, and global industry leaders to execute plans effectively.
- Support demand generation, identify opportunities, build customer journeys, and forecast deployment needs.
- Resolve issues, keep commitments, and provide thought leadership across the region.
Minimum qualifications
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and enterprise technology consulting. They must also bring deep industry knowledge and the confidence to advise C-level leaders and business decision-makers. Experience in a global, matrixed organisation is required, along with the ability to influence outcomes while balancing immediate delivery with long-term value creation.
Preferred qualifications
Apple is looking for someone with strong experience in solution selling, enterprise architecture, and/or IT enterprise consulting, especially where the focus is on transforming business processes, ways of working, and strategic workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of leading with credibility, building trust across all levels, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
The role also calls for resilience, adaptability, strong integrity, sound judgement, and a collaborative leadership style. You should be able to simplify complex problems, make thoughtful decisions, motivate teams, and work effectively with partners. Strong account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and indirect-channel scaling experience are also important.
