This is a senior executive leadership role focused on steering the future of healthcare technology in the senior living sector. The position is based in the United States and is being handled by a partner company that owns the application process and all follow-up steps.
The role carries full responsibility for the growth plan, profitability, and customer journey of a significant business segment. It calls for a leader who can blend industry knowledge, commercial strength, and operational discipline to expand the business and strengthen customer relationships.
You will work closely with leadership across product, engineering, marketing, and operations to create and execute a unified market strategy. The opportunity also includes shaping technology solutions that improve care delivery and operational results for senior living providers.

Key accountabilities
- Set and lead the overall strategy for the Senior Living segment, including tailored approaches for different operator types and customer groups.
- Own business unit outcomes such as revenue expansion, profitability, operating costs, pipeline strength, and customer growth targets.
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through retention, expansion, and long-term partnership development.
- Act as the senior executive contact for key customers and prospects, building trust with high-level stakeholders across the market.
- Represent the company at conferences, advisory boards, industry events, and customer forums to improve market visibility and competitive positioning.
- Work with executive leadership on annual planning, investment decisions, resource allocation, and long-term priorities.
- Lead customer-facing teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
- Hire, coach, and retain strong talent while setting clear expectations, performance standards, and growth paths.
- Drive go-to-market execution for Senior Living offerings, ensuring commercial plans match customer needs.
- Provide matrix leadership to Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering so roadmaps and campaigns support market goals.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer by converting market feedback into product enhancements and strategic actions.
- Spot strategic partnerships, growth opportunities, and potential inorganic expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and People teams to ensure smooth operations and organizational alignment.
Required background
The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with deep experience scaling healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS businesses, leading large organizations, and delivering profitable growth in complex markets.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or similar SaaS environments.
- At least 5 years in senior executive roles with direct P&L responsibility and accountability for business results.
- Strong understanding of the Senior Living sector, including operator economics, care delivery approaches, regulatory factors, and technology trends.
- Demonstrated success leading customer-facing functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
- Proven ability to scale high-growth B2B software businesses with measurable gains in revenue and retention.
- Solid financial judgment, including management of multi-million-dollar budgets and SaaS performance metrics.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations around shared goals.
- Proven skill in building trusted relationships with executive customers and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking ability with a talent for turning market insight into practical business plans.
- Strong executive presence, communication ability, and credibility in external representation.
