Role Overview
An established large-scale enterprise is looking for a seasoned finance executive to oversee a broad finance organization spanning FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning. The position is central to improving financial results during high-growth phases, major organizational change, and integration efforts. The successful leader will work closely with senior executives and the Board to shape financial direction, improve operating outcomes, and help drive sustainable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the company’s finance operations across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning.
- Create and implement finance strategies that support business growth and company objectives.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and overall performance tracking.
- Collaborate with executive leaders on planning and major business decisions.
- Oversee capital allocation, cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk controls.
- Deliver updates on financial results, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Design and strengthen scalable financial systems, procedures, and internal controls for a complex organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a strong finance leadership team.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance.
- Demonstrated ability to guide finance teams through rapid growth, acquisitions, or major transformation.
- Deep background in FP&A, accounting, treasury, and corporate finance.
- Prior experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
- Strong strategic judgment, leadership capability, and communication skills.
- CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base pay of $270,000 to $300,000.
