Role Overview

The Senior Vice President, Business Operations is a full-time remote position focused on strengthening and managing the key operational functions that support Andersen’s service lines in Pakistan. The role is responsible for shaping and implementing business operations plans that stay aligned with organizational objectives and compliance needs. It combines operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, budget oversight, performance tracking, and continuous improvement to support efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will guide operational strategy, oversee day-to-day business operations, and ensure that processes across teams are efficient and well aligned. You will work with taxation, corporate advisory, and human capital functions to simplify workflows and improve delivery. The position also involves project and program leadership, technology-driven efficiency initiatives, long-term planning support, and direct collaboration with executive leadership. You will also coach senior managers and help strengthen sustainable growth across the business.

Qualifications

The position calls for a strong background in business operations and operations management, particularly in complex environments with multiple functions. Candidates should bring advanced analytical ability, hands-on program management experience, and solid financial knowledge covering budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Leadership experience in professional services or consulting is preferred, especially in taxation, corporate advisory, or related sectors. Strong communication, collaboration, and executive-level stakeholder management skills are important, along with the ability to lead remote or distributed teams. A degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is expected; an MBA, CPA, PMP, or similar advanced qualification is considered an advantage.
