Role Summary
The Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations is an executive leadership role responsible for enterprise-wide strategic execution, organizational transformation, and operating effectiveness. The position partners closely with senior leadership to turn business goals into clear operating plans and to ensure those plans are delivered successfully across the company.
This leader will oversee strategic planning, major transformation programs, governance, performance management, and cross-functional initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and long-term performance. The role works across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Business Development to keep strategy and execution aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic operations initiatives that align with company objectives and support enterprise priorities.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic operations, business operations, management consulting, financial services, fintech, technology, or digital assets.
- Background leading enterprise-scale strategy execution and transformation programs.
- Strong grasp of business strategy, operating design, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to run complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-growing environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred exposure to blockchain, digital assets, fintech, capital markets, or institutional financial services.
- Preferred experience creating operating frameworks in rapidly scaling organizations.
- Preferred familiarity with enterprise transformation, business process optimization, and operating model development.
- Preferred experience in regulated or heavily governed environments.
