Role Overview
The Senior Technical Account Manager will oversee client relationships and become a trusted advisor for fraud and risk leadership within customer organizations. Collaborating with the Delivery Team, the TAM will guide customers through data integration and onboarding, championing best practices to maximize platform value. Responsibilities span assessing platform performance issues, offering technical recommendations on custom or built-in fraud detection models and automation rules, and coordinating with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical product support, handling escalations and resolving complex issues.
- Design machine learning and rule-based solutions tailored to customer fraud challenges.
- Lead detailed solution presentations in late-stage pre-sales discussions.
- Understand client-specific use cases and create plans to meet success criteria.
- Manage integration and product implementation lifecycle for customers.
- Organize and conduct business reviews and client presentations.
- Communicate client feedback to influence product roadmap development.
- Represent DataVisor at meetups, conferences, and events as a technical ambassador.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in client-facing technical roles within banking, payment, social, or e-commerce sectors, such as Technical Account Manager or Solution Consultant.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Effective time and project management skills focused on meeting deadlines.
- Experience with fraud detection and risk management is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with coding and database technologies (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary between CAD 130,000 and 150,000, based on experience.
