Overview
This role is offered on behalf of a partner organization based in Germany, focusing on leading transformational projects that foster diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging workplaces. The Delivery Lead will oversee complex client programs, leveraging expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) to guide impactful organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end execution of multifaceted DEIB initiatives, including planning and delivery phases.
- Handle project scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify objectives, craft strategic approaches, and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize DEIB knowledge to evaluate organizational culture, discover systemic obstacles, and develop strategies promoting equity and belonging.
- Lead workshops and facilitate strategic conversations involving senior leaders and other stakeholders to foster organizational advancement.
- Mentor team members by offering DEIB insights, guidance, and support in producing high-caliber deliverables.
- Identify risks and challenges early, proposing solutions and escalating issues as necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and alignment to ensure project success.
- Review outputs through human-centered and inclusive lenses to ensure they address diverse perspectives and minimize bias.
- Explore opportunities for expanding client engagements and contributing to future DEIB initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of contemporary research, models, and best practices in DEIB.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects within consulting, organizational change, or related sectors.
- Experience controlling project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and risk factors effectively.
- Proven ability to inspire, lead, and coordinate diverse, multidisciplinary teams toward common objectives.
- Strong skills in client engagement, fostering trusted partnerships, and handling expectations.
- Expertise in facilitating workshops and strategic dialogues with senior executives and governance bodies.
- Capability to apply anti-racist, inclusive, and human-centered problem-solving methods.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills.
