Director - Education Strategy

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Director of Education Strategy to spearhead the formulation and implementation of education-related initiatives within the Qiddiya project. This senior leadership position entails shaping the educational vision, steering strategic plans, and fostering partnerships that elevate the education framework in sync with the project's overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and sustain a comprehensive city-wide education strategy, including forecasting demand, determining capacity needs, and optimizing the asset portfolio.
• Craft detailed strategy briefs for individual assets to specify educational needs, operational frameworks, investment prospects, and plans for operator acquisition.
• Lead efforts to attract and appoint elite education service providers.
• Promote and facilitate private sector investment opportunities within the education domain.
• Engage proactively with government agencies and external parties to support project execution.
• Work closely with development teams to guarantee educational assets align with operator standards and requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Have over ten years of experience in education strategy formulation, program management, or related consulting roles.
• Demonstrate proven leadership capabilities in steering education projects and managing teams.
